1. Print-On-Demand Nature of Products
Because our products are fulfilled on demand via Gelato, each item is individually printed and packed once your order is placed. As such:

We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, colour or style, or the item didn’t match your expectations in some subjective way. This is due to the custom-production nature of the items. Gelato Support+1

We strongly recommend you check sizes, design previews, and shipping details carefully before placing an order.
2. Quality Guarantee & Defective Items
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In line with Gelato’s policy: Gelato Support+1

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially incorrect (wrong design, missing items, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.

If the claim is validated, we will either arrange a replacement order at no extra cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible or you prefer not to wait.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner and coordinate a replacement shipment where possible. Gelato Support

If a parcel is returned to sender due to wrong/insufficient address, unclaimed delivery, or recipient rejection, you may need to place a new order. We can refund the product cost (excluding shipping) for the new order if requested and validated.
4. Colour & Print Variations
Because of the nature of print-on-demand production (different machines, materials, environmental factors), slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These minor differences are not covered under our defect policy. Gelato Support+1

To request a replacement or refund:
